Terms of sale and warranty

Despite what has been said elsewhere, it is hereby agreed that the liability of Contel Automation & Control or any of its subsidiaries or related companies (herein “Contel”) wherever such liability may attach anywhere where compensation and/or indemnification for damages that will be placed upon Contel due to this agreement and/or due to various Order of Services or due to shall not apply with respect to any vicarious or consequential damage fees including financial damage, cyber security damages and/or for any act or omission by your company and/or anyone acting on its behalf, and it is also explicitly agreed that the maximum rate of compensation and/or indemnification will not exceed a the value of consideration as defined in your Order of Services, per order. Your company hereby warrants and represents that it holds Contel harmless and waives any claim, suit or demand with respect to any sum exceeding the maximal limitation of liability as stated herein.

By ordering services or products under this proposal – The company undertakes not to solicited or employ directly or indirectly any of Contel employees involved in the execution or implementation of this order. This obligation will remain in force for 18 months from the date of termination of employment of the employee in the contel
