{"id":1970,"date":"2022-09-29T11:36:24","date_gmt":"2022-09-29T08:36:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/contel.co.il\/product\/oee-system\/"},"modified":"2026-01-12T08:22:09","modified_gmt":"2026-01-12T06:22:09","slug":"oee-system","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/contel.co.il\/en\/product\/oee-system\/","title":{"rendered":"OEE system"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>System OEE<\/h1>\n<p>This module is responsible for on-line management and monitoring of the OEE indicators from the production machines in the factory.<\/p>\n<p>The solution is based on an infrastructural connection of the system to the plant&#8217;s control layer, reading OEE indicators and displaying them in real time in the system.<\/p>\n<p>The OEE index is of central importance in examining the plant&#8217;s efficiency and allows actions to be taken in real time to improve and optimize productivity which will raise the OEE index.<\/p>\n<p>The calculation of OEE indicators is usually carried out as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Availability = the time there is a work order on the line less the time scheduled stops on the line divided by the shift time on the line<\/li>\n<li>Efficiency = quantity of products produced on the line divided by the time that there is a work order on the line minus the time of planned stops on the line times the standard production rate<\/li>\n<li>Quality = quantity of good products produced in a line divided by quantity of products produced in a line<\/li>\n<li>OEE = availability times efficiency times quality<\/li>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The OEE index also includes the management and monitoring of faults, stoppages and production shutdowns at any given moment.<\/p>\n<p>The system allows the employee to report the cause of the malfunction and its location in a simple and convenient way, thus allowing the more frequent causes to be monitored, what causes them, when they happen, etc.<\/p>\n<p>This data will then allow us to examine how the failure times can be reduced and\/or route the production more efficiently and correctly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":1326,"template":"","productcat":[26],"class_list":["post-1970","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","productcat-iiot-systems-for-production-management"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v28.5 (Yoast SEO v28.5) -
