Contel markets, installs, and services high- and low- voltage valves of the POWER FLEX model made by Allen Bradley. The Allen Bradley speed valves are known as the most durable valves in the world, with an MTBF of 11.7 years. Compared to other brands, the Powerflex valves are compact and easy to install.

PowerFlex 755

PowerFlex 755 speed valves for low voltage are supplied in various models, outputs, and voltage.

Their main advantage is their multiple programming possibilities and simple operation. The large power units have a modular, extractable structure that enables quick replacement in case of a failure.

The PLC controller and frequency changers allow the user to repair a failed facility within a short time. The controller synchronizes the saved data of the frequency changers. It eliminates the need for entering data repetitively, so that the facility can be put back into use within a short time.

PowerFlex 753

The low voltage speed valves of the PowerFlex 753 model are similar to the 755 model, except for the following differences:

PowerFlex 520

The PowerFlex 520 speed valves for low voltage are used for simple applications that require a basic programing level. They have the following advantages:

PowerFlex 4M/40/400

The compact speed valves of PowerFlex 4M/40/400 provide a simple, economic solution for independent units and for simple low-voltage applications. The PowerFlex 4M/40/400 series enables flexibility in planning and programing.

PowerFlex 7000

Speed valves for high voltage. Known for their reliability, compactness, simple structure, simple operation and simple maintenance. The PowerFlex 7000 speed valve technology is based on the AFE structure, which ensures a harmony level lower than 5%. These speed valves are based on a 4Quarters technology, which is ideal for conveyer belts, cranes, pumps, bellows, and high inertia equipment. In many cases, this feature eliminates the need for mechanic braking. The motors can be operated up to a distance of 15 km from the AC drive, so that the units do not need to be placed near the motor. For units that include redundancy, an automatic transfer is carried out under a load, enabling continuous work even in a situation of a failure.

[29
post-1802","product","type-product","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","productcat-panels-and-electrical-systems
